I thought we would share part of our Crown Royal Stoves installation into houses with basements. We recently started a couple installs. Typically I show up the 1st time to deliver the stove and underground pipe. At that time we hand dig a hole next to the foundation large enough to accomodate a core drill. The drill is bolted to the wall with a concrete anchor. A 6" hole is drilled through the foundation. Then a 5" pvc sleeve is cemented into the wall with water block concrete mix.
The dual pex insulated pipe is installed with a reducing fernco fitting for a solid, serviceable, water tight pe*******on of your foundation. Trenching can then be done to bury the line to the stove.

We are working on a project for a pallet company, installing 2 of the big 7500MP stoves in 2 buildings. This is the most pumps I have ever installed on 1 stove. Will see how they do, as 1 will be heating a 30,000 ft² building. I am thinking they will need a 2nd boiler for a building that size.

Today we are working on a Crown Royal Stoves 7400MP install in a shouse with a shop and wash bay. We use PVC pipe as a conduit for the 1" pex boiler lines to keep them looking nice and straight. It also matches the white ceiling. We are installing 1 circuit for the 195,000 btu fan coil unit, and a second circuit for the domestic hot water, house and shop heat.
