These words are not just a sentiment, they are a standard. For the athletes, families, and peers of Team USA TNT, Nicholas Minney has been the embodiment of that standard. A coach's value is often measured in medals and results, and under Nicholas' leadership, the team has never been more cohesive or competitive. However, his true impact is measured in the character he builds and the family environment he has cultivated, one that is currently being fractured by a decision that lacks clarity and justice.

USA Gymnastics (USAG) recently made the choice to suspend Nicolas from international coaching. To those on the inside, this decision feels not just like a mistake, but a profound error in judgment that ignores the reality of the gym and the needs of the athletes.

Under Nickolas' guidance, Team USA TNT has reached unprecedented levels of unity. He hasn't just coached individuals, he has built a brotherhood and sisterhood of elite athletes who trust one another because they trust him.

Nicolas is more than a tactician. He is a mentor and a friend who leads with empathy and strength. To remove a leader who has the absolute confidence of his team is to sabotage the very "athlete centric" culture USAG claims to uphold.

Success at the international level requires more than skill, it requires the psychological safety and stability that only a trusted coach can provide. Taking Nicolas away from these athletes at this critical juncture is a disservice to their hard work and their mental well-being.

We are confused, we are furious, and we are united. Mistakes in judgment are human, but the refusal to rectify them is a failure of leadership. Someone within the USAG administration has the discretion to look at the facts, acknowledge the outcry from the community, and reverse this "odd" decision.

We implore USA Gymnastics to reconsider. Do not let a bureaucratic error dismantle the progress of our national team. Nicholas Minney is family. HE IS TEAM USA T&T!!

Restore our coach. Protect our team. Rectify the mistake before Team USA suffers. 🌟💫🎯👏💪🏆

💛💪Need ya'lls advice!!! After a week of more organized chaos, I found time to move "JENNY LU" the Comanche. She is an original 1986 survivor and still cranks and runs perfect. 💪💛

🤔Does anyone have any ideas of modifying Jenny Lu or should we leave her alone other than the lift? Agara has me wide open on cloud 9!🤔

🤗She needs a dana 44 from a rubicon TJ or 2wd honda passport/izuzu rodeo(4.56 gears) to run modern speeds (3.08 dana 35 now with 2.5 4cyl and 4 spd manual 🤦) if anyone has a link on one let me know. 🤗

Why does parenting well.... hurt so bad? We have 5 at home still and 3 moved out and thriving in their own ways. We spend years teaching them not to follow the crowd, to trust their own gut, and to be the masters of their own minds. We pour ourselves into them so they’ll be strong enough to resist being molded by a world that loves "sameness."
​But there’s a quiet truth we don’t often talk about. When you successfully raise a free spirit, they eventually use those wings to fly exactly where they want to go, not necessarily where you are. The loneliness isn't a sign of failure, it’s the ultimate proof that you gave them exactly what they needed to survive without you. It’s a heavy price to pay for their independence, but I’d pay it every single time. I can honestly say with tears flowing, "I miss my boys" I want to hug them every single day still. 💪💪💪💛💛💛

Do I turn down games on Sunday mornings to attend church or do I continue to accept games on Sunday morning?
I am sitting here reading this morning with my plants. ( part of my recovery and rediscovering my abilities) Leo is a giant Philodendron Mayoi (Croton)
Anyyyyywhoooo....we got into a 3 week routine of getting back to to Sunday morning church. Jay is awesome. IYKYK I have missed being in church with Katie, friends and my children love it.

Huge dilemma. I umpire for USSSA, yes that is also UTRIPP or CIS or Unrivaled. Either name you give we are super busy and hold tournaments all weekend every weekend. I have missed being in church with Katie, friends and my children love it. I do not HAVE to accept games to keep my position as a respected/successful umpire/official but it does help.

Happy Wednesday, and what a beautiful day. Woke up this morning, got myself a little Sermon on the Mount fed into my heart and a cup of my Agara coffee. A great way to start any day!😉
Seeing my friends also benefiting greatly from my Agara Functional has brought me to an amazingly easy understanding. I am sharing my love! 💪
I have been blessed by so much and am so grateful for yet another amazing show of grace from God! 🥰

Part of that journey was getting intentional about my health, trusting my faith and Katie, which led me to make a big jump. Here I am. Still not slowing down.

Woke up early to "help" BK Photography Creations get out the door to the at the Rex Plex, only to find BK Cooke ready and roaring to go. Excited for the largest girls dual tournament in the country. I was able to whip up some eggs and annoy her enough she hates me for the already!! 🤦 I am talented!
Did you drink this morning? Have the FOCUS, DRIVE, ENERGY and FOOLISH COURAGE to poke the momma bear like it was a brilliant idea? I DID! It was NOT BRILLIANT at all! If you have not had a cup of Agara, your next is on me. Message me, I will have a delicious few days of brilliance to you ASAP 💪❤️
