It doesn't take a lot to make me happy. One little thermos will do! This is my latest acquisition. It somehow reminds me of my dad. An avid fisherman, he always kept a thermos handy ( and a folding stool)!

And I have to be honest. Full disclosure. I have started buying thermoses just for this hashtag - 😲

Although the original purpose of my booth was to clean out my closets and to help me downsize, it's become my own little junk shop inside a much bigger junk shop! Being in a true flea market means I don't have to plan any fancy displays, I don't have to source the trends, and it takes only a little of my time!

I love it when a plan comes together. I found this beautiful watercolor at the thrift inside an unflattering black, plastic frame. It wanted out of that frame so bad!

The plan was to get it back into a period appropriate wood frame ... but vintage square frames are super hard to find! Luckily I had one in my frame hoard!! A quick run to the hardware store for a glass insert and it will be ready to sell! Some lucky person will love having this in their home. 🖼️

Do you ever want to live inside a painting?

Why this piece was ever abandoned by its owner I'll never know! I found it at a thrift store, not respectfully hung on a wall but just laying underneath all the cheap hobby lobby canvases.

It shows so much thought and precision and love.

It's in my top ten of fav finds for sure.
