Ok, I got this cricut for Christmas and I'm pretty excited about it!!! I've only done one project with it though haha. I'm not super crafty and I'm kind of intimidated!!!

A little glimpse into who I am....when things get tough, I like to walk away.

I have taken several months off from all things Usborne. I had a few bad parties, several "no's", and even more non responses. So, I did what I always do. I just walked away. You see, as a SAHM I've been searching for that one way to make up for my income while still being with my boys. It didn't happen in my first few months with Usborne, so I decided it wasn't for me.

Here's the thing.....I don't know if it's my thing or not because I just gave up on it. Usborne may also not be the way to make up my teaching salary or make me a millionaire. But what I do know is that I LOVE these books, my boys LOVE these books. It makes me happy to do book parties and share these books with others. Instead of giving up, I need to change my mind set. If I can make a little extra each month by doing something I like, I'm all in!! Or, let's be honest, if I made enough each month to pay for books for the boys...I say it's a win-win!!

Ugh....y'all I'm so ready for Fall weather!! My kids want to go apple picking and I feel like it won't be enjoyable when it's so hot!!

It's no secret that I can't stand cooking!! BUT we've been trying to eat at home during the week, especially with the boys back in school. That means....I need all the SUPER EASY recipes!! Thinking about adding these to our line up!

One of my goals with Usborne is to be able to take my family on vacations! Although I'm kind of feeling an adult get-away right now! Somewhere warm with water and an adult beverage....I'm not picky!! :-) :-)
