Lots of cooking, canning and freezing! Stewed tomatoes, apple sauce, pickled beets, garlic dills, horse radish dills, bread and butter pickles, acorn squash, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, green beans, hot, sweet Italian and green bell peppers!!! Busy couple of weeks....next is meat! Canning 40 pounds of chicken, venison coming in the November hunt and 40 pounds of sausage (breakfast, sweet Italian, hot Italian and chorizo) them well be ready for our long winter!
