Happy Tuesday Everyone
One common problem I see is that family caregivers are super stressed and burned out, and I would like to try and be a part of the solution.
I am looking into starting a in home companion service.
For example, if you need a few hours or more a week to get out and run errands or simply get a break for some mental health, I feel this would be a good solution. So many care giving agencies require weekly minimums and take a huge cut, so I am hoping to make in home companion care more affordable and accessible.
What are your thoughts/suggestions? Would this be a beneficial service? Is this something any of you would be interested in? Your input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
