I wanted to share a quick update with everyone who supports BAX T's.
First of all, thank you all so much for the continued support. Because of you, my small business has grown more than I ever expected. With that growth has come a lot more orders, and I’ve realized I simply can’t keep up with everything on my own anymore.
To make sure orders continue to be completed on time and with the same quality you expect, Twin Towers Embroidery will be helping and taking over some of my accounts moving forward. You may have noticed the webstore links have their name listed instead of BAX T's.
I want to reassure everyone that nothing about your orders will change. You’ll still get the same quality products, the same attention to detail, and the same small-business service you’re used to from BAX T's. Twin Towers Embroidery is also a local small business that has actually been helping me behind the scenes for years with many of your orders, so this isn’t new — it’s just becoming more official as things continue to grow.
This will simply help keep everything running smoothly while allowing me to continue serving all of you.
