It’s clear that our next Sheriff needs to have to the experience, training, ability and desire to actually target criminals. Vermont isn’t the place we grew up in and it seems as though it is becoming more violent everyday.

I am a firm believer that local government must be transparent, this is especially important when decisions are being made that will have a direct and meaningful impact on the public and their quality of life.
Not every decision or action warrants public input, that is why we elect and appoint people to represent us. Frankly having too much public input would bog the system down and render it functionally ineffective.
That being said, The public should have involvement on certain issues. I believe that Windsor needs improvement in this area and I promise to you, if elected, that I will work diligently to ensure the Town of Windsor becomes more transparent and garners greater input from the public on certain consequential actions taken by the town.

Good Morning Everyone,

I'd like to officially announce that I will be running for the a 3 year seat on the Windsor Selectboard.

My focus in this position will first and foremost be helping select the next Chief of Police. This is obviously of vital importance considering the complexities of modern policing. I believe that my unique experience can be a great asset in the screening of potential candidates for this position.

I also want to focus on increasing cohesion with fellow board members and bring civility back to meetings. this year has certainly been trying for everyone and I feel that I can help facilitate compromise on tough issues while working with fellow board members to make Windsor an even better place to live.

Another point of focus for me will be increasing transparency through the more effective use of the Towns website and social media platforms so that every citizen can easily access town meetings and find pertinent information.

A longer term goal will be to establish strategic objectives for the town and the creation of a Master Plan focused on infrastructure and development.

Windsor is a wonderful place to live and I want to ensure it stays that way. I also agree that the world we live in is dynamic and constantly evolving and we must be open to new ideas and ensure we are welcoming to people from all walks of life.
