Our 2nd year tapping maple trees as a family did not disappoint! Saturday - no flow; Monday - sap is starting to run! Nature truly is amazing! 🍁 https://westwindsorfarmsny.com.

🍁 + 🍄‍🟫 = 😋

Maple BBQ Sauce from West Windsor Farms make Shiitakes pop like nothing else! Works best if Shiitakes are slightly dry because they absorb more of the marinade.
🍄‍🟫 Marinate for 1 hour.
🍄‍🟫 Place in an oven safe pan (glass, ceramic or cast iron) with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
🍄‍🟫 Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 425F.
🍄‍🟫 ENJOY!!
