Let’s break down one dog a day! This is the chili dog!
Made with local ground beef from willowridgefarmky

The chili recipe marinates all night in a bunch of secret ingredients. 🤫 Topped with cheese, diced onions, mustard, and Fritos!

Alright you guys! So many toppings but here are some of the Bluegrass Mettwurst we are gonna be offering.

Chili Dog- made with local ground beef, cheese, mustard, onions, and Fritos.

The Reuben Dog- pastrami, Swiss cheese, kraut, and 1000 Island dressing.

The Grippo/Beer cheese dog- homemade beer cheese, grippos, and sweet relish.

Special Sauce Dog: cheddar cheese, special sauce, dill pickles, onions, and shredded lettuce.

Of course you can get it any way you want it.

Comes with one side of your choice!

Mexican breakfast tacos are ready! Loaded with chirzo sausage, cheese, hash-browns, eggs, and green onions. Side of homemade salsa, sour cream, and hot sauce. It does have a good kick but it’s not over powering.
