And a sneak peek on where we are at, with a HUGE shout-out to my husband who helped, (and by help I mean has done ALL of the big building, lol), bring my vision to life! He has been here almost everyday, taking a break from his own work, to get everything done in time. I cannot thank him enough, none of this would be possible without him.

A big thank you to all of our other volunteers that have helped paint chairs, and put pieces together, it's been fun hanging out on the porch! I'm looking forward to seeing what you think once the entire puzzle is done!

We'll be taking a break to visit some family and celebrate my 50th (ack!), get the internet setup (finally!), hopefully have approved signage (it's HUGE!), and then we'll open again for donations just before the 4th of July, and officially open for members July 9th!

Stay tuned for specific dates/times for our community groups, and let me know if you want us to start one for your craft. So far we'll have a general WIP (work in progress) group, stitching, and Scrapbooking!

Art Again Thrift shop is coming together!

Not knowing exactly what would be donated meant we had to think through how to make the floorplan, and shelving/containers flexible. I think it will all work, which is a freeing feeling at this stage!

Welcome to all of our new members - what a fantastic turnout already!

We're prepping the store for donation drop offs tomorrow, and working on building all of the shelving to hopefully start putting everything together this coming week.

Feeling a little pressure on the timeline, lol, but it's all coming together!

MEMBERSHIPS ARE OPEN!

Founding memberships are limited, and prices will go up when we officially open to the public in August, so reserve your spot today!

You not only get all of the membership benefits, you get access to the shop a full month early, a discount for signing up early, and access to some special projects in July like helping us design a fun bathroom using only materials from the shop, and decorating our amazing large windows with artwork. JUNE DONATION HOURS:

Saturday June 6th, 11am to 3pm

Sunday June 14th, 2pm to 4pm
Friday Jun 19th, 11am to 1pm

We have about 3 weeks left to collect before we shut down to get things together for our members only opening in July! Members will get first access to the space to shop, gather with like minded crafters, and help us work through all the kinks. Then we'll open to the general public in August.

We just have to do final testing of the system to open up memberships, so stay tuned this week!
