Call Ahead for Seats! Painting Ceramics: Kettle Spot Ceramics. Did you know we opened a paint your own pottery in our family room? $25 flat rate lets you paint in our studio for 2.5 hours. Let your art out! Painting Ceramics: and paint yourself you’d like to glaze your pottery. Make it a party for groups of 4 schedule today!
Hwy 301 Yard Sale: June 19th and 20th. We have 10 venders so far for this. 8 AM to 5 PM. We still have room if you have items to sell. And stop by to find your treasures. Raffle drawing inside for a gift basket for stopping by.
Tarot Readings: Walk-ins on Friday. Make a Unique choice from her community chest. Standard readings $50.00.
Every Friday: noon to 4:30 PM Chakra Healing/Balancing with Darlene. Come in and refresh yourself. Balancing with tuning forks, crystals, and/or Reiki energy are used to help clear and balance the energy of the 7 main chakras. A thirty-minute session is $50.00. Also available is a chakra oracle reading session that can focus on a specific chakra. Approximately 10 minutes for $10.00 per Oracle card. Darlene is a Reiki master/teacher with a chakra certification and 30 years of experience in healing energy. Email [email protected] Tuning forks, crystals and/or Reiki energy are used to help clear and balance the energy of the 7 main chakras. A thirty minute session is $50.00. Reiki Sessions is by appointment only. And is $40.00 for 30 min and $60.00 for 1 hour.

June 12th. 5:30 PM: Game Night, Join others and play board or card games with others. Free event. Bring goodies to share or tip the jar for our goodies.
June 13th. 2 PM: Making a Magic Box with Jess. $30.00. Hands on and learn how a magic box can be used for many things. All materials are supplied.
June 17th 1 PM Wednesday: Hands on Pendulum Class with Billy. $30.00. Learn the many ways you can use the pendulum. Bring your own pendulum or we can provide one for you.
June 20th. 1 PM: How to make incense with Osvaldo. $30.00 Hand on training on how to make different types of incense. Must sign up and pay in advance. Class at 104 N Pender St Elm City.
June 26th. 5:30 PM. Spiritual Night Out: Come out and meet others with like interest. This month we will discuss crystals skulls, fact or fiction? Bring your ideas and share. Free event.
June 27th. 2 PM: Spell work with Kay: $30.00: Learn advance spell work and how to write a spell.

“Was it her crystal or his pain?” A short story for lovers!.
She always carried it, not knowing what it meant. Just a gift for an early birthday, from her late grandfather actually. Maybe it cleared her energy, made whatever was standing stronger, or was it erasing everything that ever meant anything to her at all?
His name was Decklyn Lucas, and the way he stood so strongly that next day on the job put my whole life into perspective. My body was drawing closer to a man I didn’t even know, and I had to know if he felt it too. “Hi Emily!” The look in his eyes proved that he already knew me, but why did he seem to think that I hurt him? He walked away so quickly all I could think about was who was training him, and when would I see him again. Suddenly my heart felt soft, so soft that it felt weakened to the vision of him walking away. I felt so desperate to see his face again, eyes blurring, even though I knew he was going to be around for a long time. I gripped the crystal inside the back of my pocket, said a prayer through my breath, and sat down at my desk.
I wonder if she even remembered, I was going crazy trying to find her again, but I didn’t want her to know any of what I truly felt. Why did I want to cry when I laid eyes on her? Parts of my body pulsing to the new sounds of the workplace, desperate I was for her to teach me the ways of this land, yet I pulled away and only wanted to fight her. How do you want to be so close to someone, but the force so strong sending you in the opposite direction keeps your heart so dark that it hurts to even think? By: Keturah Gardner
Let the crystals drain!
We oftentimes only want the positive side of wearing the crystal around our neck to ward off negativity at work, also sleeping beside the handmade candle and quartz for what we want to always be, peaceful rest.
I’m new to experimenting with the science side of all things witchy, and earthy; however, I would imagine that we don’t always understand even when we think we do. Just what the purpose of keeping a good crystal or two around is or should be at least.
I don’t agree with throwing crystals away, trading them, soaking, or sun charging them any differently all because the last sapphire made your chest hurt, and eyes so sensitive that what you saw in the mirror was too negative to continue to look. If every crystal experience was only positive, we would never grow, we would never notice the ugly parts about our body that we can absolutely change, and that chest pain is sometimes a marker to get us to lay down and simply breathe through the first heartbreak; that led many of you to the current unhappy marriage in the first place.
So next time the reflection of the sun reminds you of the crystal you left outside with the cats for two weeks, don’t run away when it’s too strong for your mind to cope. Let it out through your tears, and when you cry so hard you almost forget to breathe, smile knowing that you just healed from something you didn’t even know was hurting you all the years past.

Baby Spinach and Edamame Salad with Parmesan Shavings by Kay
Delicious and a nutritional powerhouse:
Frozen edamame are now available shelled and ready to boil up and toss into salads, soups and stir-fries. They are an excellent way to add protein, calcium, and vitamins to your diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen shelled edamame (about 4 oz)
4 cups (about 4 oz) baby spinach leaves, washed
2 Tbsp Citrus type Dressing or other favorite dressing
½ cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions: Bring a medium pot of water to boil over high heat. Add edamame and cook 4 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry. In medium serving bowl, toss spinach with edamame and dressing. Sprinkle each serving with grated cheese.
