Did you find that must-have plant at Old Country Gardens recently? You can—and should—go ahead and plant it now. Leaving plants like the ones you find in the green pots in their containers through the hot summer to wait for fall planting season can actually make them less likely to survive. Go ahead and plant now during the coolest times of day to let their roots benefit from the extra protection of the surrounding soil. Water, water, water and top-dress with a mulch to keep them moist while they adapt to their new home. https://pbxx.it/0YojgN
