FOUNDATIONAL FLOW YOGA
Building a soft, sustainable, steady practice.
Join Regina and Snow Healing Center for Foundational Flow Yoga, June 19th at 6:15pm
Foundational Flow Yoga is a 90-minute beginner-friendly hatha class focused on building a strong, sustainable foundation for a personal yoga practice.
This slow, intentional class emphasizes steadiness over speed, and depth of experience over performance.
Each class integrates meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and a slow, grounded asana practice built from the mat up.
Students are guided to move with awareness, connecting breath, alignment, and presence in a way that creates a steady yogic practice.
Ideal for beginners, returning students, or anyone seeking a gentler, more grounded approach to yoga that prioritizes presence and sustainability.
Led by Regina Filomeno, LCSW, CYT200. As a licensed clinical social worker and yoga teacher,
Regina’s approach is grounded in mind-body awareness, compassion, accessibility, and supportive presence. For Regina, yoga is a practice where we can always begin again.
Space is limited to 6 participants for intentional support. Preregistration is required. Exchange:
$20.00. Bring your own mat. Props and supportive tools are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Please dress for comfort and ease of movement. Adults only.
Must register no later than 6/17, no refunds past 6/17.
