Join our Sparetime Garden Center team and help create a warm, inspiring shopping experience at The Gardener’s Pantry. If you’re organized, creative, and love helping customers find products they’ll enjoy, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers at checkout with friendly, efficient service
• Help shoppers find products and make great selections
• Create and maintain beautiful, seasonal displays
• Restock shelves and keep The Pantry clean and organized
• Receive, price, and stock new shipments
• Support inventory planning and track best selling items
• Collaborate on promotions, events, and new product ideas
• Contribute to social media content and marketing moments
• Help coordinate unique customer events
What We’re Looking For
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Retail, boutique, or merchandising experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A creative eye for displays and product presentation
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• English required; Spanish a plus
💵 Pay Range: $18 - $21; Part-Time, Seasonal
