Yogi-Warriors Namaste, beautiful souls! I’m Chelsey, creator of Yogi Warriors. It wasn’t always easy. You know nothing about running a business! What if you fail?!

✨ Join the Pack • 15% off your first order The journey began with a simple idea: create yoga-inspired, pet-themed apparel and accessories that spark joy, mindfulness, and playful energy for

conscious pet lovers. My vision was to make yoga enthusiasts, pet lovers, and pet owners smile, feel inspired, and enjoy products designed with love. Although I'm unable to own a pet myself due to housing restrictions (I would love to have a little, adorable, and fluffy cuddle and yoga buddy of my own one day), there is a special place in my heart for pets (read: four-legged family members). Limiting beliefs kept me stuck in a negative thought pattern of "You can't do something like this! That would be so embarrassing!" But the part of me that had faith in not only my talents, but my desire to find fulfillment in doing what I love—being a creative and sharing my designs with the world to help bring others a moment of joy and peace—kept me going. I’ll never forget the moment I completed my first pet design. It was as if everything fell into place, from the elements I chose right down to the colors and placements—as if The Universe itself planted that design into my mind on purpose. Everything about it made my soul sing with joy and lulled me into a state of peace just by looking at it—that’s when Yogi Warriors truly came to life. My mission is simple: create products that spark joy and celebrate the bond between people and their beloved pets through mindful, playful art. I’m so grateful you’re joining us as we launch this paw-some adventure! Love Always,

Chelsey 💕🐾🧘‍♂️

One thing I love about the changing seasons is how they quietly remind us that life isn't meant to feel the same all year long.

Spring invites us to begin.

Summer encourages us to explore.

Autumn asks us to slow down.

Winter reminds us to rest.

Nature never expects every season to look identical.

Maybe we don't have to expect that from ourselves either.

Maybe each season gives us permission to become a slightly different version of ourselves.

I've been thinking about something lately...

How often do we treat ourselves with less kindness than we'd ever offer someone we care about?

If a friend told us they were tired, we'd probably encourage them to rest.

If they felt overwhelmed, we'd remind them they don't have to solve everything today.

If they were doing their best, we'd tell them that was enough.

And yet...

When it's us?

We often expect ourselves to keep pushing.

Maybe today is a good day to offer ourselves the same compassion we'd so freely give someone else.

One thing I've always admired about pets is how completely they live in the present.

When they're excited...

They're really excited.

When it's time to rest...

They rest without feeling guilty.

When they're happy to see you...

They don't hold back.

There's something beautifully honest about that.

Sometimes I wonder if they're quietly teaching us lessons we've forgotten along the way.

What's something your pet has "taught" you without ever saying a word?

I've been realizing lately that the routines that help me feel the most grounded aren't usually the biggest ones.

They're the smallest.

Making a cup of tea before opening my laptop.

Taking a deep breath before moving on to the next task.

Stepping outside for just a minute.

Taking a moment to pet a furry companion who's convinced everything can wait five more minutes. 🐾

None of those things take very long.

But together, they completely change how my day feels.

It made me curious...

What's one small ritual that helps you feel grounded?

Lately, I've been thinking about how often we tell ourselves that life will feel calmer after we finish one more project, check one more thing off the list, or get through one more busy week.

But what if peace isn't waiting for us somewhere in the future?

What if it's already showing up in the little moments we rush past every day?

A warm mug.

A favorite chair.

A pet curled up nearby.

A quiet morning before the world wakes up.

Those moments might not seem life-changing while they're happenin... but I think they're quietly shaping the kind of life we're building.

Maybe creating a calm, happy place isn't about changing everything.

Maybe it's about noticing what's already helping us breathe a little easier.

Maybe you saw yourself in some part of this story.

Maybe you’re at the beginning — uncertain, building something, trying to find your footing.

Maybe you’re in the middle — recalibrating, slowing down, doing the internal work that no one else sees.

Or maybe you’re standing steady, realizing you’ve grown into someone more aligned than you’ve ever been before.

Wherever you are, you’re not behind.

You’re in a season.

And seasons aren’t meant to be rushed.

They’re meant to be lived.

What I’ve learned through building this brand — and through building myself — is that growth doesn’t happen by chasing harder.

It happens by staying present.
By doing the work.
By trusting the timeline.
By taking it one moment at a time.

You don’t have to prove anything here.
You don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to be fully figured out.

There is space for your beginning.
There is space for your recalibration.
There is space for your power.

If you’re looking for something that reflects that — something steady, intentional, and grounded — that’s what Yogi Warriors was built to hold.

Not perfection.

Presence.

And wherever you are in your season, you’re welcome here.

Grounding isn’t passive.

It’s a practice.

I’ve noticed that protecting your energy doesn’t always require a big decision.

Sometimes it’s a slower breath.
Sometimes it’s stepping back.
Sometimes it’s choosing not to engage.

Have you noticed how your mornings feel lately?

Rushed?
Or regulated?

I’ve learned that a mindful start doesn’t require complexity.

Sometimes it’s just a slower breath…
or a quiet moment before the day begins.

What does self care actually look like for you right now?

Not the aesthetic version.
The real one.

For me, it’s changed over time.

Sometimes it’s rest.
Sometimes it’s distance.
Sometimes it’s simply a slower pace.

All of it counts.

What does real self care look like for you this week?
