We had a packed out class yesterday with the Southern WV Action for Youth Center, at the Williamson Housing Authority. From seeds to salsa was our theme, we read the book " Two Old Potatoes" to learn about how to plant. After that we made salsa, regular style and dessert salsa with peaches and strawberries. The kids surveyed report 9 to 8 that dessert salsa was better!
