Our location at Kellogg and Hillside is still one of the most beautiful self-storage facilities in Wichita! When we first petitioned to come into the area, the residents in the neighborhood were not completely sold on the idea.

Now, 20 years later, we are still adding aesthetic and service value to those fine people.

We are excited to tease you with a new project we are partnering up with Advanced Epoxy on! As you know, we have been upgrading our properties with lighting, paint, signage, etc. We have now inked a deal to have Advanced Epoxy work their magic on one of our climate controlled building floors! Stay tuned for the progress updates!

Security Self Storage is accepting sealed bids for the personal property that was abandoned at 405 S. Hillside in Wichita, Kansas. Items will be released for disposal, after 2 PM, on February 2, 2018.

Contents include, but are not limited to: Mattress Set, Boxes, Furniture, and miscellaneous items.

Sealed bids must be presented in person, to management, at the location listed above. Office hours are: Monday-Friday from 10A - 6P; Saturday 9A-5P; and Sunday 1P-5P.

Winning bidder will be notified after 2PM on February 2, 2018. Winning bidder must pay for AND remove all contents before the end of business on February 4, 2018.

Buyer agrees to rent unit at regular facility rates and terms if the unit is not vacated by February 4, 2018.

Auction Rules
NOTICE TO BIDDERS: When placing a bid, the buyer accepts the fact that he or she is entering into a legal binding contract. The following auction rules apply. If bidder fails to comply with the rules, he/she will be banned from bidding at any Security Self Storage location in the future.

The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus cancelling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the storage facility.
