Here's another one. I know that we have gotten complaints and bad reviews in the past about our store manager.

This time yesterday the other store owner here Danny was there to witness this whole fiasco. He confirmed to me (Ernest) that this individual was misrepresnting what happened. That is putting in very nicely.

Has he had legitimate complaints against him in the past? Yes.

Has he acknowledged and grown from these mistakes? Yes.

I can guarantee you that he is our best employee, he works harder than anyone, and he is very polite to any and all customers!

PLEASE comment a good time you have had with Adam for all of our mentals.
