π Had the most delicious Linguini with White Clam Sauce since I first had it in a restaurant in NYC. I used Viva La Olive Sweet Butter Olive Oil and their Roasted Garlic Sea Salt.
(RECIPE: Saute garlic in 1 to 2 Tbl of Butter Olive Oil. Then put in the whole baby clams from a can (I used Bumblebee Whole Baby Clams) and reserve the clam juice. Add about 2 Tbl of half & half and a Tbl of Clam juice. Sprinkle Salt Traders Garlic Sea Salt on top. Adjust amounts of clam juice, half and half and garlic Sea salt to taste. Pour all over cooked linguini. Top with fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy.) π
