Shepherd's Wool and Antiques, a haven for fiber arts enthusiasts, is excitedly preparing for its grand reopening in June 2026 after new relocation.
The shop offers a wide range of wool for rug hooking and appliqué, rug hooking supplies, and classes.
The Shepherd's Wool and Antiques team recently made a heartfelt announcement about their new location, expressing gratitude to friends and family who helped with the move. We will be closed from April 22nd to 28th for packing and preparation of our annual Shepherd’s Wool Spring Retreat.
This charming shop provides a welcoming environment for crafters to explore various fiber arts, including rug hooking, embroidery, cross stitch, quilting, wool appliqué, and punch needle. Visitors can find unique patterns, quality supplies, and connect with fellow artisans!

We are so excited to announce we are out of the shop in town and now at the new location!
Wow 😮 This has been such an exciting and long awaited project ♥️
I want to take a moment to say
“THANK YOU from my heart ♥️”
to everyone and you know who you are!
I have had so many sweet and kind friends, my sweet family and cousins, my adult kids and my incredible husband and my friends’s husbands coming out to help Scott! It has been such a huge blessing to us! AGAIN. Thank you!

We will not be Open this upcoming week starting April 22nd-28th. .
We are packing, loading, making Name Tags, etc this weekend for our annual Spring Retreat. 🥳

I’m so excited and honored to share that I was invited to design for all of the issues of Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher magazine in 2026! Being asked to contribute my work to a publication like this is such a special moment for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity 💛

My ‘Bee Garden’ design is featured in the current Spring issue. It’s a project that I truly loved creating, and I hope stitchers enjoy punching it as much as I enjoyed designing it! Good Morning 😃
It’s a beautiful chilly morning but the sun is shining! Here in Texas we are getting a very early Spring! Trees are blooming like crazy 🤧 and I’m soooo ready to plant my garden! I have Asparagus coming up and it’s beautiful!

Wanted to give you all an update to let you all know that we are only 3-4 weeks away from moving into our new place!
Thanks to my hubby and several of our incredible friends that have helped us!
We appreciate each and everyone! We definitely could not have done all of this without you! You know who you are!
It’s so exciting! We can hardly wait!

My hubby, my son, my sweet Annabella and our incredible friends are helping us out with the “last final touches” of the shop!
Slowly but surely we are making progress!!!
Annabella and I are working in our storage room and the others are doing the finishing work!
