Feeling like someone needs encouragement to remember, light in the journey is key. Through all of the dark that showed up in my journey…the light is what kept me. Light shows up far more than we realize. Yes, in big things but also in the small. It starts from a place that’s embedded in you. Pay attention today…tomorrow…and everyday of the journey after that. While the world is crazy and so much dark is clearly present, remember to subscribe to light! Whether you are solo, with 5, or 5000, choose light. The more you do, it will become impossible to put it out…no matter how hard anyone or anything tries. The journey in this video may look polished but hunnnaayyy, dark has absolutely tried to stare me down, shift my character, and sell me lies about who I am…But no boo…She is love, she is light, she matters, and she has purpose💗

When in New Hampshire…first to see our loves…then absolutely MUST head over to because…I mean my girl has Irish flowing through her!! Pub food and a complimentary cider. Yum! Then it’s a must to stop to visit this 100 year old gem that has absolutely everything you’d need to hit the road or to kick back and enjoy during your stay! Such good energy up here…the air is different in the mountains🥰. But the best thing about it was the good company!

It’s the rhythms for me…while the world is busy trying to toss you to and fro…stand firm in what you need. For me, early morning hours before anyone else wakes ensures that I am anchored. Quiet enough to hear, see, feel everything in and around me before I give myself to the world that’s moving and shifting around me and requiring me to do the same. I don’t play about my time to focus on what truly drives this heart✝️. For the one who’s wondering where to start in slowing down to remain anchored while in a season of all the good and bad noise…Schedule the time for your time…if you are not anchored while those waves roll, you are agreeing to be tossed love. For me that looks like 4am, 5am, or 6am depending on that day’s schedule. May sound drastic to some but whatever it takes to carry peace, love, clarity, and to show up in light…even if I’m not always met with the same. May not look the same in every season…but steady is in the rhythms🫶🏽

And by littles I mean anyone under 18…I hear the height jokes from all who know me…Ha! If you don’t, I’m 5ft..
Anyway, let’s bring the village back…all the aunties and uncs…grannies…sound off! These times are requiring us to bring it back and unify! The next generation is getting caught in the mix. Offer them a word when you see them…and try to do it with love, with your teaching voice…it’s how they hear us the best🫶🏽

All the things I haven’t said to the world…but right now…feeling like this is so needed. Everything about our times is a lot…just a reminder to remain steady in the noise.
