Deal or No Deal Rules:
1) to claim a special price Deal you must comment the word “Deal” on the photo. If it is a Deal or No Deal with no price listed you need to comment what price you are willing to pay for the item. Price will be plus 7% WV tax. If we accept your price we will comment “Deal” on your comment.
3)If you claim the deal or if we accept the deal you are responsible for completing the purchase no later than the date listed here as “pay by date.” If you do not complete the purchase by that date you cannot play on the next Deal or No Deal.
4) Any deal not claimed by the end date will be deleted.
5) On any name your price item it is up to our discretion who will get the deal based upon whose price we choose. A higher amount offered after we have said “Deal” will not change who gets the deal. We cannot accept the price anytime during the Deal or No Deal period.
6) Unfortunately we cannot have any “pending” deals as it is not fair to anyone else. You either want it or not as all info will be on the post. But if you have questions on how to play message us.
7)Each time we play Deal or No Deal you will have to comment “Agree” on the rules post for each new game to show you have read these rule and you agree to them.
8) Shipping is available and will be a flat $6 for as many items as you claim. We will ship within 3 days of payment. Payment methods accepted are: in shop for pickup (cash, check, credit), credit card over phone, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal (we will send invoice).
9)Have fun!! This is meant to be a fun game since it looks like we won’t be able to do any live videos anytime soon.
