Our love and prayer go out to the Hubbard family. “Pops” will be greatly missed.

It is with heavy hearts that the Town of White Stone acknowledges the passing of our former Mayor, Lloyd B. Hubbard Jr.

For many years, Mr. Hubbard dedicated his life to serving our town. Over 16 years as Mayor and a lifetime resident, his dedication and leadership offered White Stone consistent guidance, thoughtful direction, and lasting support. His legacy will remain woven into the very fabric of our community - in the public spaces we share, the progress we enjoy, and the enduring sense of civic and community pride he demonstrated.

If you pass by Town Hall today, you will notice memorial wreaths hanging upon its doors. These wreaths offer a visible and solemn expression of our profound gratitude for Mr. Hubbard’s many years of faithful service.

On behalf of the Town of White Stone we extend our most sincere condolences to the Hubbard family and to all who loved him. We share in your grief and join you in honoring a life marked by duty, generosity, and love for others.
