We are going to be donating so many beautiful bouquets this week to people in our community who are struggling or simply just need any reason at all to smile and be reminded that the world is still beautiful. We do still have bouquets available today and will be donating a bouquet for every one sold today as well! You all are amazing and your generosity is inspiring! Happy Friday! If you’ve been waiting for the right time to come out and visit our flower stand, the time has come! When we were in our first season of flower farming we reached August and experienced theft and unacceptable payment (a lottery ticket to be exact). We made a post about it just saying that we can’t accept lottery tickets as payment and what happened after absolutely floored us. This amazing community, complete strangers, showed up. It was not at all what we were asking for but it was so beautiful. That weekend we decided to give back and for every bouquet we sold that weekend we donated one and again, the community showed up. Now every year and mid August we do the same thing.
This weekend 8/22-8/23 for every bouquet we sell we will donate a bouquet! So if you have been wanting to come by but just haven’t found the right time yet, make it this weekend and give back to the amazing people that make this town such a beautiful place to live!

Having flowers in your home does something to a woman's brain that two universities decided to study. The results were hard to ignore.
💐Rutgers University ran a 10 month study specifically on women and flowers.
Women who received flowers always reacted with a genuine smile, and reported more positive moods three days later. Three days. From flowers. 💐💐Harvard Medical School then took it further.
Women who kept fresh flowers in their home for just a few days reported feeling less anxious, fewer episodes of depression, and more compassion towards others. The mood lift even carried into their work life. The presence of flowers led to increased contact with family and friends.
She wasn't just happier alone. She became more connected to the people around her too.
