Hugo comes to work every day with a positive attitude and is always helpful around the store and with coworkers! He is the official OG before Hatch was Hatch. He started out when Mindful opened as only medical and has been here for 6 years! He is very knowledgeable about the plant and products. He has a great relationship amongst both peers and customers. He shows determination by helping others and picking up extra shifts to make the days flow by smoothly. He is always in a chill mood and is willing to help wherever in the store. He's very informative and respectful to the whole team and to all guests walking in the door!

Nick killed it in pick room on 4/2O with hardly any issues. Always comes in ready to work and help in any way he can. Overall, just a positive person who never has bad vibes. He is always here working hard and is someone we can depend on to always be here when scheduled. He is a joy to be around and the definition of a team player. Nick is someone that we are lucky to have and I’m glad to see him get rewarded for all of his hard work. He deserves it! Nick is always is willing to do whatever it takes to help the team. Whether its asking if management needs help when he arrives to picking up any shifts that needs to be covered he is always willing to do so. He gets along with everyone and is an absolute pleasure to work with!
