Mark your calendars - our first basket drop is only a week away! On 8.12 you can expect at least 3 one of a kind gift baskets full of pre-loved treasures to go up for sale.

- a ~mystery~ date basket! (we are SO excited for these!)

So, how does a basket drop work?

1. If you are interested in purchasing a particular basket, please leave a comment on the photo of that basket expressing your interest.

2. As our baskets are limited, it is first come first serve. We will message interested parties in comment order. Interested parties have a 12 hour period to purchase and pick up (or have delivered) their basket.

3. If purchase and pickup falls through, we will move on to the next person.

Now, a little about us!

Hope: The Boss. All smiles until it’s nap time, but loves to go with mama to put together baskets. We can only assume all of her babbling is full of strong opinions on each pre-loved item.

Rachel: The Ideator. Runs on too much caffeine, too little sleep, lots of tacos. Loves using her creativity to make Golden Owl Gift Co happen!

Tim: The Entertainer. Keeps Hope & Rachel in good spirits with his musical abilities; makes sure there’s enough money for tacos.

A note from the Ideator -

I hope you enjoy giving and receiving our baskets just as much as I enjoy putting them together. For years my friends and family have told me how thoughtful my gifts are, or in passing suggested I do all of their Christmas shopping for them. I love putting together gifts that have meaning, can create memories, and warm hearts. Enter: Golden Owl Gift Co.

And the thrifted space is a special one. I grew up visiting thrift stores with my mom and finding treasures that I still remember and some of which are still around to this day. We even have some inside jokes about those unique finds (I’m looking at you, Taco Bell Chihuahua plush obsession. Yo quiero taco bell, anyone? Yeah…that was a…phase).

When we shop pre-loved, we are stealing from landfills. We are saving past stories that are mystery but exist. We are keeping useful, beautiful, unique things from being forgotten or tossed aside. This is why Golden Owl Gift Co exists. Creativity is endless. The options are plentiful. The thoughtfulness and care behind each basket blooms from my desire to make others smile and to create stories that will be around for decades.
