EZ Angel Creations

EZ Angel Creations Artisan Handmade Luxury
Elevate Your Style with Exquisite Handcrafted Clothing, Accessories, & Décor. Great for photo shoots, gifts or just being cute!

Handmade knit items for babies, young children, & at times possibly even adult items. E is for my brother Eddie & Z is for my daughter Zoie, both who passed on too early & are now angels watching over us, from that comes EZ Angel Creations. I loved knitting items for Zoie & once my second daughter Jozie was born (she does most of my modeling), I have been trying to knit all the cute things I find

for her! While doing this I thought I would start selling these products as I'm sure many other parents would love to put them on their babies or photographers may be interested as props to have for their child photo shoots. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about anything listed. Due to interest I received when mentioning I was going to try to start selling items, I'm opening this shop early with only custom orders. Additionally, I'm not fully set on prices yet & so they may be changing in the future. Once I have a stock of items created I will continue to offer custom products however they will cost a little more

A little behind-the-scenes from pattern testing 💜

I had the chance to test this beautiful crochet wrap top for A Box of Twine, and the pattern just released this week 🎉

This one came with a funny twist though — my house ate one of the gray skeins set aside for it while I was working on it.

So rather than panic, I followed in the amazing footsteps of .crochet & improvised with blue trim to get it done in time.

And honestly…now I can’t decide if I love the contrast or if I still need to hunt down that missing skein 😄

That’s one thing I love about handmade work—sometimes the unexpected details become part of the story.

I’d love your thoughts:
💬 Keep the blue accent and make both sleeves match?
💬 Or search for the missing gray and finish it the as originally intended, gray all the way?

One image highlights the back texture, one shows the wrap front styling, and one shows a closer front view with each sleeve ending in a different color (one is blue & one is gray as the rest of the sleeve).

maison.rouge.tricot released a new pattern earlier this week & I was lucky enough to be one of her test knitters!

I absolutely love the Stephany’s description & inspiration for this cowl. She mentions symbolizing the little moments of our lives which seem manageable, but upon closer look are a storm cloud approaching.

I’ll admit starting out, this felt like my own storm - I couldn’t figure out what yarns to use, the contrast just didn’t sit well with me on the first 2 I started with. Of course grabbing my brand colors felt calmer & looked better to me 😁

The first couple repeats were very much counting & trying to get orientated around which color to use when - and then it took off. Repeat 3 seemed a magical click happened & I could see where things were going without going slow & counting every stitch.

This cowl & I were then off on an calm journey to the end which I loved seeing grow to the end.
I’m hoping I have enough left of the yarn to make myself the adult size! (Thanks to J for modeling her size for me!)

I worked this one up using Gedifra yarn by Lana Mia which I had been able to pick up at stringtheoryyarnco

Fellow knitters, I definitely recommend checking out maison.rouge.tricot as I have really enjoyed her first two patterns!

One thing I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is how different handmade pieces become part of everyday life. 💜

The best pieces aren’t always the loudest ones — sometimes they’re the cozy textures hanging on a wall, the favorite scarf you reach for constantly, or the little handcrafted details which quietly make a space feel warmer and more personal.

As I plan for upcoming markets and new projects this year, I keep finding myself pulled toward pieces feeling intentional, textured, and meant to be lived with.

💬 I’d genuinely love to hear:
What yarn-based pieces do you most love having in your home or wardrobe?

Home décor? Wearables? Functional pieces? Something unexpected?

(And yes — I’m slowly updating the Events page on my website as new markets are added this season 😊)

Last year my kids got really into Dungeons & Dragons — and once that happened, it was only a matter of time before creativity took over. 🐉🎲
Shout out to Wheaton Public Library for teaching them with teen & youth programs!

As part of their Christmas gifts, I made this dragon scale dice bag, because handmade always feels extra special when it’s tied to something they truly love. Great pattern by Eclectic Jess Crochet Designs.
The dice were a gift from their Grandma and made by Custom Dice by Alyssa — absolutely beautiful and such a fun surprise.

My daughter E was especially excited to make our figures. Every single one is made from hot glue and paint (only one has a cork, one has a bottle cap, and the rest are just pure hot glue, paint& imagination!). She even made me a figure… even though I somehow became the Dungeon Master — a role I accepted before fully understanding what I was signing up for. 😅

This is one of those moments where crafting, family, and creativity all overlap in the best way.

Are you a D&D household, a board game family, or more of a cozy craft night crew? I’d love to hear.
If your a fellow dungeon master, I'm begging you, leave your best tips below!

Even with snow on the ground, I’m forcing my mind to drift toward spring. 🌱💜

When the days are still cold, part of me wants to keep making holiday trees and cozy hats — anything to stay warm a little longer. But I’m also intentionally nudging myself forward, thinking about markets next year and how spring and summer call for lighter layers, softer textures, and a return to wall hangings and home pieces feeling fresh and intentional.

This is just the first peek… more texture, more color, and more ideas are coming as I ease back into these seasons — and for once, I’m trying to work ahead instead of right up against the moment. 😊

💬 Tell me — are you more of a winter cozy person, or already dreaming of spring?
