FYI today’s event moved due to weather

The border west Lake Traverse event scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled to Wednesday, June 17 !

With the 25mph wind forecast plus the 40 mph gusts we are forced to postpone. That landing will not support a west wind and it will create a huge safety concern for us and our student anglers.
Historically, the contingency plan has been to fish the following Thursday in the event that weather does not allow us to move forward with the original date.

We will still need parents and volunteers to help us run the event. The items on the sign-up geine will not change - but please update if you are availability has changed.

We are working to determine available boat captains. Please respond in team reach as soon as you are able whether or not you will attend next Thursday.

Our schedule will not change- an award ceremony will conclude the evening. Fishing can begin at 4:30 and will conclude at 8. This is open to the public.
