Hey Everyone,

First, we want to thank all our fans and customers who left us positive Google Reviews, wrote us a kind note of support, or stopped in to visit us this weekend. Your love and support truly makes the work we do meaningful and worth it!

Unfortunately, even today, we are continuing to receive fake negative reviews and negative comments from people based on something that we have absolutely nothing to do with and are not related to in any way.

It cannot be stated enough, Boston Brick is NOT a franchise or related to ANY other company. We are a small, family owned and run business.

We don’t pay any franchise fees to anyone. The only orders Owner Jonathan takes is from his Co-Owner and Wife, Ashley. There is no “corporate.” It’s just us. Boston Brick will always be truly independent and local.

We believe people should be compensated for trading/selling their LEGO. We would NEVER take something in without offering something in return.

I could go on and on, but it takes an incredible amount of work to run Boston Brick Co. and you deserve awesome new things available in our stores.

So while we keep working to make Boston Brick Co. the best LEGO resale store we can, we’re asking everyone for continued help to counter all the negativity.

Ways to help:

Hello Fans of LEGO® and Boston Brick Co, in light of the ongoing controversy involving Bricks and Minifigs (“BAM”) and one of its stores in Oregon, we want to clarify about our business:

Boston Brick Co is NOT affiliated or associated in any way with BAM. We are not a franchise. We are an independent family-owned and run business local to Massachusetts.

While we’ve experienced confusion before, since the story about BAM and the LEGO® collection has become more widely known this week, we have received comments asking if we are related to BAM.

Our business, like other small independent stores, has now received multiple negative comments and reviews online due to confusion about our association (or lack thereof). These negative reviews and associations will hurt Boston Brick Co.

To be clear - Boston Brick Co is a completely independent, separate, and unrelated business.

Our hearts go out to the Mansell Family and hope they recover their collection. We do not support what BAM did to them.

At Boston Brick, we believe in fair trades and compensate sellers immediately with store credit or money.

To counter the negative associations, we are asking you, our fans and customers, if you love Boston Brick Co and/or want to show your support, please take a few minutes to share a good experience and leave us a positive review on google for either our Weymouth or Burlington locations (or both):
