RANDOM THOUGHT: This morning I got up early with my coffee & my dog and I was thinking about how crazy it is that the first of August is here And Applefest is going to be here in the blink of an eye. Time is tricky. Seasons of fun & sunshine go so fast while the gray of winter can feel infinite.

It’s the end of summer and the kids are going back to college and I wish we had done more. I have felt this every back-to-school season for 18 years - self reproach of all of the things I coulda shoulda woulda. Then comes the introspection and deep thoughts 🤷🏼‍♀️it’s actually nuts the s**t our minds can put ourselves through.

So I’m turning it around and reminding myself - TODAY is sunny and strangely cool so let’s make it a perfect day 😘
