Principles of Spiritual Engineering
In every religion or philosophy there is a central reference point which is usually a symbol. These symbols are
the center of the dynamics of worship for that particular believe system. For example, in Christianity we have
the Cross or in Zen or Taoism you have Yin and Yang. In this perspective, I will show some new and insightful
dimensions to these symbols. I will try to show you how they “work” in a way I’m sure you haven’t considered
before. Also I will attempt to show how they interact with each other to show a “Common Ground” in our
efforts to reach God.
These symbols actually do perform work; they can be looked at in this way to better understand them by look-
ing at them in a mechanical format. We can see then that these symbols can receive, store and channel reli-
gious energy or faith into reality. In this channeling of faith or belief is what I refer to as “Flows,” which is the
essence of this perspective. Flows are how the energy of faith works through a system, through these symbols,
through a process, through circumstances of the day or through the people around you. These various symbols
can be seen by reading this perspective as devices or tools that integrate life’s energies.
