Grabbed the Volley Skort and Trixie Top today so I could keep up with ERB and Emery while helping Mikey through a full day of appointments.

One of the things I’m most grateful for with this career is the flexibility it gives me to show up for the people I love most. Today looked like pre-op appointments for Mikey, Lainey’s 2½ year checkup, and Emery having a procedure to release a lip tie, tongue tie, and double cheek ties.

We even got to see a puppy at the doctor’s office, which was definitely a highlight for ERB.

In between all the appointments there was a little park time, lots of toddler energy, baby snuggles… and of course ice cream to end the day. 🍦

Fashion may be what brought me to this business, but the freedom and flexibility to build a life around family is what has kept me here. 💕

I AM headed to the gym this morning—but first things first… I had to get this written out for tonight’s Coastal Edit Patio Party 🍋🌿

We’ll be sipping on a Coconut Lime Refresher (cocktail + mocktail version, so everyone’s covered), enjoying good company, and apparently also featuring live basement rehearsal music by Alex’s band, The Eternal Buzz 🤣🎶

It’s going to be the perfect casual coastal evening—easy, fun, and a little bit unexpected in the best way.

Laundry day accidentally created a whole outfit 💚✨
