Lots and lots of garlic scapes are ready!! A friend told Mickey to grind up a bunch and mix with melted butter. They then freeze it in ice cube trays so you can easily pull out a cube as you need it. I'm going to try that!!

It's a beautiful weekend and we put out a bigger selection of hanging flowers to celebrate! Much more in the greenhouse!

We have the roadside stand set up and have started selling plants. If you don't see something you like, give us a call. Garlic is growing well!! Baby trees are getting planted in all the empty spots. Busy spring here at the farm!

Getting geared up in the greenhouse now that syrup season is done! Expect hanging flower pots by mid May. Also hoping for early produce this year!!

Maple syrup season is done and clean up finished. We had a really good year so if your maple syrup stash is low, stop by to buy more! 315-827-4534 call to be sure we are here before you come. We're gearing up the greenhouse and garlic is sprouting. Stay tuned for what is ready for the farm stand.
