Manager Position Available at Sweet Pea Living & L’s Boutique
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Manager to oversee daily operations of L’s Boutique and Sweet Pea Living. This role requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time based on business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
✨ What You’ll Do:
✔️ Provide outstanding customer service to all guest
✔️ Maintain a clean, tidy and organized shop environment
✔️ Manage inventory, regular counts/tracking, order new products as needed
✔️ Supervise & perform daily operational tasks
✔️ Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal product displays
✔️ Help train new team members and ensure consistent service standards
✔️ Ensure shop policies are followed
💼 Qualifications:
✔️ Retail or customer service experience required
✔️ Proven organizational skills and detail-oriented
✔️ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔️ Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
✔️ Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
✔️ Inventory/staff management experience is a bonus!
Job Type: Part-Time (minimum 30 hours/week), with potential for Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $19.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Availability: Year-Round
Probationary Period: 9 months (to assess fit and performance in the role)
