Two stories. One package. A whole lot of trust. 📚✨

Today we wrapped up a Blind Date with a Book order for Heather, and we can't wait for these stories to find their way to their new home.

One of our favorite parts of running Under Wraps is knowing that every package holds a little mystery. A book that might become someone's new favorite. A character they'll think about for weeks. A story they'll recommend to a friend.

And the best part? Every order helps us continue our mission of restocking Little Free Libraries, providing books to schools and daycares, and donating books to kids throughout our community however we can.

📚💛 We just got home from today's donation run...

And while the books made it safely to their new homes, Rosie unfortunately got stung by a wasp during one of our stops 😅🐝

Today, we delivered well over 250 children's books and chapter books to Little Free Libraries and community spaces throughout Utah, helping put more stories into little hands ✨

The funny thing is, we do this all the time.

Truthfully, we're just not very good at posting about it. Most weeks, we load up the car, fill libraries, donate books, and move on to the next stop without ever taking photos. We prefer to spread a little happiness quietly in the background.

This time, we remembered to take pictures of some of the stops... but not all of them. 😅

What started as a love of books has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Every Blind Date with a Book, every tarot pull, every bookmark, and every item from Rosie’s Trinket Garden helps make moments like this possible.

Today, we packed up our very first out-of-state order headed to Philadelphia, Mississippi, and honestly, we're still smiling about it 😭✨

When we started Under Wraps Bookstore, we dreamed of sharing stories beyond our little corner of Utah. Seeing one of our wrapped books travel across the country feels like a huge milestone for our little bookstore 💛 Thank you to Brooke for making this order, it means the world to us!

We've been busy behind the scenes updating inventory on our website and adding more wrapped books as quickly as we can. If you've been waiting for more options, keep checking back at underwrapsbookstore.com because there's more on the way!

Not seeing what you're looking for online yet? You can also shop our wrapped books in person at Mixers and More in Taylorsville, Utah! Our shelf is stocked and ready for readers who love the thrill of choosing a book based on clues instead of a cover.

We're hoping to attend more markets this year too! Summer has brought lots of family adventures, activities, and memory-making, so our event schedule is a little lighter than usual right now. That's okay though. We believe in balancing books and real-life stories, and we'll be back at more markets whenever we can. Right now, the next market we have scheduled is the Kearns Community Market in August, and we are so excited!
