From fresh to Everlasting, Intimate Events celebrating life's special momen

ts to Everyday Bouquets & CSA Garden Shares. When you choose to support Wandering Wisteria Botanicals, you can expect nothing but the freshest seasonal blooms along with so many charming elements, all grown chemical-free! As a lifelong nature enthusiast & graduate of the College of Natural Sciences at Umass Amherst, being a steward to our environment has always been an important driver in my career path. For that reason, you will never see noxious items such as floral foam, painted or bleached flowers, or invasive plants such as Pampas grass or Bittersweet vine in my work. Supporting our local pollinators & ecosystems is an imperative aspect to my sustainability commitment as a grower. Thus, my goal in cultivating my gardens is not only to provide you with beautiful, long lasting flowers to accompany both the special & ordinary moments in your life, but to also create an option that negates the harmful impact that traditional floristry tends to have on the grower, florist, & consumer, as well as the land on which the florals were produced. Fresh, Seasonal Blooms available April-October

Everlasting Florals & Custom Pieces available year round! Inquiries, please reach out to [email protected]
Looking forward to touching base about all the beauty & seasonal splendor of local, chemical-free flowers!

The sun sets a little earlier as the garden takes on a slightly different hue, this time of year.

August, to me, always feels like a very energetically transitional month.... the change can be felt in multiple ways. And I hear the shifting sounds in the night air...

Time has been moving entirely too quickly & I'm just trying to soak in all the small fleeting moments, as I hope you are as well ✨️🖤

✨️Summer sunflowers & herbaceous bouquets!✨️

We've been chugging along here with all the continued garden maintenence to keep things productive throughout the entire season!

It's hard to believe August is practically already upon us! And just like that, the last successions of seeds are being sown in preparation for fall harvests!🌿

With all that life & the gardens demand, I haven't quite been keeping up with sharing a plethora of pictures so here is the most recent Garden Share beauty that headed out this afternoon!

Procut plum sunflowers ( a gorgeous pollenless variety), Mountain mint, fennel flowers, oregano, Joe pye w**d, rudbeckia & a few others dappled about. ✨️

The 2026 Gourd Tunnel✨️🌿

This season, we are doing birdhouse gourds & they really have taken off in the last week (there must've been a lot of pollination going on)!🐝

Did you know some species of plants produce both male & female flowers? The female flowers are the ones that produce the crop in question & you can typically tell them apart from their counterparts due to the "mini" fruit, if you will, at the base of the bloom. When it becomes pollinated, growth begins!

But what about the boys?
They form earlier on the plant & let the pollinators know where the pollen party is at! 🎉 By the time the ladies show up, there are already plenty of party goers to get the process going... that's nature, babaaay! 💃💃💃

Over here, the weeks are turning into months, which are rolling on by faster than I care for them to... and that's a key factor in the reason I'm not as seemingly present on here, as may be expected in these modern times..

So, just wanted to say hey, & that I hope everyone is having a lovely summer season so far...& if that's not the case, is hanging in there at the very least. I figure most of us are just doing the best we can at any given time & it's ok to focus on what needs to be focused on while living life. We are not machines.✨️
..anywaaaay, I'm around if ya need me, love ya, byyyeee!🖤

Get out in the garden this week & fill those gaps with perennials that can take some punishment!

Natives like Mountain mint & Brown Eyed Susan fill a space FAST! Great for meadows, the back of a border or anywhere you want something tough yet lovely! Drought resistant & high quality pollinator habitat! What's not to love?!

Did I mention these offerings are also dirt cheap? Resourcefulness is a value here so we reuse items, like nursery pots, when we can & pass that extra bang right on to your buck! Make an easy investment into your garden space this season!

There's even a couple tomato starts in case life has got your garden game running a little behind! Only $4-$10!

Plant selection will be out Sunday & Monday! Stop on by! Just before the bend at the end of Wolcott Ave in West Side!

Stunningly captured by ! ✨️

I didn't realize I could fall in love with these wedding florals from mid-June anymore than I already had... until I saw these photos! GORGEOUS! And all the closed calendula buds opened just in time! 🥰

Always honored to be trusted with such an occasion!

If you're a laid-back future bride who wants her florals to be anything but cookie cutter, believes flowers shouldn't come with an ecological cost, & is willing to allow the artist & grower to craft a seasonal display of magic & whimsy for your special day, get in touch! Whether you are hoping for particular items a la carte or are looking for the full service experience, let's chat! ✨️💐

✨️Miss Bronze Fennel.... a mysteriously enchanting lady...her grey-blue hue & pale yellow umbels are quite magical, especially against the black of night 🌙 ✨️

Her charms met me after a rather disheartening evening... and while I try my best to stay upbeat, reality is much more complex..

For those of you who know me personally, know that I also have a part time gig at a local restaurant, & have been in the service industry for over 20 years, with intermittent breaks during temporary positions in my field of study of natural resource conservation. And let me tell ya, service industry staff experience quite a spectrum of situations & definitely require specific skill sets to endure the often demanding workload & varying treatment by the public, whether you're BOH or waitstaff...

Even still, with all those years behind me, it continues to take the wind out of my sails when I KNOW the level of service that I've offered is top tier, yet the customer in question looks you right in your eyes, smiles, & stiffs you on the tip. Last night, this happened not once, but TWICE! And on my two biggest checks of the evening, of a pretty slow night in general...

Mid shift, I knew I wasn't leaving with much, but those last two checks really broke my night...I left with $36 after tip out & parking meters for 6 hours of my time & effort. 😳 And of course, I know that these kinds of situations are part of the gig, luck of the draw & typically even out with the generosity of others during a shift...but, gosh, I was really feeling disheartened after last night's shift.

With all that said, coming home to my gardens was extra welcomed, especially following the rainy days that kept me from them the past 2 days, & reminds me to continue working hard in the floral realm in efforts to reach a self sustaining level...*sigh*... but we shall carry on! 🌿✨️

Late spring, but make it a bridal bouquet! ✨️💐

All the darlings of the season... Peonies, ranunculus, foxgloves, feverfew....& if you know me, you know I always have to add some super special garden gems in there like heuchera, violas, & blackberry blossoms....🥰

And while I love the saturated raspberry hue of these peonies, I'm hoping they faded ever so slightly, in time for the ceremony for a more vintage peach appearance ✨️

I don't know about you, but I am in love with how this special assortment turned out! 😍✨️🌿
