To prevent accidental tip overs, you should secure your mortar tubes. You can do this with bricks, similar to cakes, but an even easier and better method is to just screw them down to some wood. a pallet, a chuck of plywood, whatever you have will probably work. screwing multiple tubes in a row makes it super easy to light them fast, and keep the show spectacular as well!

Just remember, always ensure there are no burning embers in the tube before you drop in the next shell!
