This mother/daughter duo enjoy finding and providing unique items for their patrons. With a booth that generates an eclectic vibe, they strive to provide something for everyone.

Their love for vintage and antique items goes back to their parent and grandparents who loved to go to auctions , estate sales and yard sales. “This space gives us a chance to share our love of the hunt together and to share our unique finds with others to pass down for generations to come”, says Becky and her mom, Judy.

Today’s Vendor Spotlight:
Will Addison, Vendor, “Squadrons”, West Point Antiques

Will’s involvement with the current “Exchange on Main” goes back to its beginnings as West Point Antiques. He was a customer for ten years before he became a vendor in 2016. In 2012 he and Katherine Hogenson co- authored a book on West Point under “The Images of America” series, published by Arcadia Publications. That book continues to sell at the shop today.

During that time Will was among the early members of tha town's historical society. He created a walking tour for the town ,highlighting the many historic points of interest. This tour with accompanying map led to his being asked to write the book with Katherine.

Will’s interest in Antiques goes back to his youthful collecting of coins, stamps, bottles, militaria and radios. These items remain the core of his shop today with the addition of old toys and vintage photographs. His special affinity is for the items that were either used by or brought back by veterans.

“My effort at “Squadrons” is to provide a small window into the past that America's greatest generation would appreciate if they saw that effort to preserve their memory, says Will.

Lladro "Teaching to Pray" ( #4779) is a retired, hand-painted porcelain figurine sculpted by Vicente Martinez and issued between 1971 and 1997. Featuring a young girl guiding a young boy in prayer, it typically stands about \(8.5\) to \(9\) inches tall in a glossy finish, often depicting a religious or tender theme.

Today’s Vendor Spotlight:
Ed Garrington, Vendor, “Past & Present Decor” in West Point Antiques

Ed’s love for antiques, small collectables, and rare treasure pieces began years ago when he and his wife would visit thrift stores and flea markets during the early years of their marriage. They both were brought up in households that had antiques passed down by family members, and being a carpenter Ed would fix the wear and tear on many of the pieces.

As he repaired the older pieces, he was amazed by the quality and craftsmanship that was put into each piece and how they were built to last unlike many of today’s products.

Ed was hooked on antiques!
And the hunt for them!
