Say hello to Libby, the creative force behind Elizabeth Gray Homes.

Libby grew up between Miami and Palm Beach, the kind of kid who spent hours rearranging her room instead of playing with toys. After college, she performed in musicals and later worked in corporate event planning, both creative outlets in their own way. She made her way back to Florida nine years ago, settling first in SoSo and then the North End of West Palm Beach. What started as personal design projects with each new home eventually grew into taking on outside clients, and combining real estate with design felt like a natural fit from the start.

Her early development projects took her between Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, making her home base the easiest spot to stay close to both. She got her start on Antique Row before finding her way to Caroline Station, a move she describes as “one of those perfect time, perfect space, perfect timing scenarios.”

What she loves most goes beyond the design itself. It’s getting to know her clients personally and creating spaces that feel like a warm hug at the end of a long day.

Meet Siobhan, founder of Bluedoor Building and one of the newer faces at Caroline Station.

Right out of grad school, Siobhan found herself in an office job that didn’t feel sustainable, so she made a change and started in high-end construction at an entry level position. What she found was an industry that blended clerical work, field work, and creativity, one where she saw real opportunity to raise the standard for clients. “I wanted to be the best and build the best,” she says. That drive led her to get licensed and establish Bluedoor Building.

Today, Siobhan leads Bluedoor across a wide range of projects, from large oceanfront estates to small historical renovations, with a focus on custom homes, major renovations, and estate property management throughout South Florida’s eastern corridor, a market she claims is unlike anywhere else in the country. She’s especially passionate about blending eco-friendly, green building practices into luxury construction, believing that “less is more” and that a home appropriately scaled to its lot, surrounded by thoughtful landscaping, feels far more elevated. What she loves most about the work is simple: creating spaces that just “feel good.”

As for why Caroline Station, Siobhan says it comes down to community: “I enjoy surrounding myself with other like-minded, creative, successful local business owners.”
