Two state AG‘s have already filed suit and many more are indicating that they will follow. The largest distributors if Dahua & Hikvision are being sued, and if the attorneys get their way, it could likely end a lot of businesses. $10,000 fines PER TRANSACTION IS NO JOKE!

Did your company continue to sell Dahua even after you learned that they were banned by both Biden and Trump? Did you keep installing it without telling your customer about these things? You might be implicated as well…

If you were like us and you dropped the brand as soon as you found out, then you should be OK. As far as we know, G4 was the only company that issued a stop ship and made customers sign NDA‘s promising they would upgrade and protect the equipment if they did install it.
