Hilliard’s Chocolate System hosted the Retail Confectioners International regional tour today. It’s pretty rare we have 50 guests visit us. It was a ton of fun showing off our little shop and our newest creations to a lot of amazing candy makers! Thank you so much for coming!

Just to let you know Hilliards is Closed today so our staff can enjoy the candy tours with the RCI regional. Text us or email us and we will get back to you on Wednesday.

Just as an FYI the phones will be off on Thursday from 12-3 so we can conduct the RCI regional tour through our plant.

The town is asking everyone to stay home so they can clean up from the storm. We did get 24+ inches of snow, it was a crazy day. We will be back in the office to get your parts out Wednesday. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to the impending Blizzard on Monday February 23rd, Hilliards will be closed for the day. Depending on the tracking and timing of the storm, there may also be a delayed opening Tuesday.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to learn a trade, work with their hands, and be part of a great team.

What the job looks like:

👉 First, you’ll learn how to build and repair our chocolate machines.
👉 Then, you’ll travel with our team to help customers with service calls.
👉 Eventually, you’ll run service calls yourself, install new equipment, train customers, and maybe even attend candy trade shows.

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanically/Electrically inclined (no experience needed — we’ll train you!)
• Likes working with their hands
• Comfortable talking with customers and troubleshooting
• Enjoys traveling
• Positive attitude and dependable

We had to replace the Original Hilliard's sign due to wood rot, but I did not want to throw away a piece of our history. My staff did an amazing job cleaning up the old sign and re-finishing it so we could hang it as an art piece on the wall.

Due to the snowy weather today, Hilliards will be closed so our staff can shovel themselves out from all this white stuff.

We are sorry for any inconvience. Call us Tuesday and we will be back!

Just a reminder. Hilliard's Chocolate System will be closing at Noon on 12/24 and will be closed until 1/5/26 for the Holidays and for our annual inventory. The last date to ship parts out in 2025 will be on 12/23.
