We just finished buying a $46,500 LEGO collection!

Michael drove over 30 hours from California to sell it to us at Wapi Bricks. He accumulated all of this in just 2 years.

Halfway through unboxing everything, he admitted he had no idea he bought this much LEGO and said seeing it all together was sickening.

He’s using the money to pay off bills and help fund his move from California to Indiana.

We just gave Byron $73,000 for his LEGO collection. He drove from Rhode Island to our store to sell to us. He had 1387 sealed sets. He even made custom boxes to fit the sets perfectly! The items inside are a secret for now, but here’s a sneak peek of some of them (Tower of Orthanc, Betrayal at Cloud City, Apocalypesburg, Joker Manor, Ghostbusters Firehouse), and I’m just getting started!

It’s been a wild last 3 hours at Wapi. A seller from New Hampshire brought us 212 sets. It was almost all sealed adult sets from the last 10 years which we paid him $22,500 for. His sets are in pristine condition, even the used sets! This guy was the most detail oriented person I’ve ever met. He told me he’s been a professional mover for the last 14 years and let me tell you, it was obvious. Shoutout to Wapi shoppers Jeff, Autumn and kickballman for helping us unload the collection! They saw us struggling and offered help. I was hesitant, but they insisted. We also got in two collections shipped to us (14 boxes), we got in a LEGO shipment, and we sent out all our packages from our last Whatnot auction. Holy moly!

We just bought Sam’s collection less than 1 hour ago! It was a very dense collection of sealed set BANGERS! He brought us 172 sets, and we gave him $54,000. That’s over $300 per set. He had two sealed 10123 Cloud City’s which definitely helped that ratio. Sam’s LEGO collecting journey started 8 years ago, and he was ecstatic to sell what he built to us. Shout out to Sam for driving this collection to us all the way from Florida.

flew from Texas to buy our LEGO Yoda Cube. He spent $19,000 on it, and he brought a surprise for me… a solid gold LEGO C-3PO. There are only 8 of them in the world and this is the last one that can be held in hand. The others are preserved and graded. He spent $35,000 on it. It was an awesome opportunity to hold this item in hand and see it in person. Thank you JK!
