April consignment checks are available for pickup now. Also last chance on winter coats for $1 and sweaters for 50 cents. Consigned items should be spring and summer now.

The consignment store will be closed Friday April 1st in honor of Jerry Higgins. Jerry was one of the founders of the Consignment Store and made it possible for us to own the building. Jerry’s funeral will be Friday at 10:30 am at the Catholic Church.
Jerry was a terrific friend to all of us volunteers. He was active in Springs Area Community Club ( old Kiwanis club). Jerry worked hard all of his life and was one of the nicest guys around. He always treated his customers - whether at the grocery store, furniture store , Variety store , True Value or the consignment store - with respect and a smile. Jerry taught us what true customer service is. As my husband, Dennis has always said “ Jerry is a “true gentleman “. He will be missed by all of us at the store.

The Consignment Store will only be open from 12:00 to approx 2:30 on Friday, February 4th so that our volunteers can attend the funeral of Lynn Ogren. Lynn was a long time volunteer and we would like to express our condolences to her family.
