We had the best discussion about September’s book pick: The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
This book is one of the most challenged and banned books in the United States, and reading banned books is one way to push back against censorship. There were mixed emotions, and while I would share a caution about potential trigger warnings, I believe this is an impactful and important story well worth reading. 💛
