Shayla Winter is a non-binary artist, author, business owner, activist, and founder of Out NCW. Having spent most of their life in and around the Wenatchee Valley, Shayla has chosen to raise their child here among the beauty of rural Washington.

As a q***r artist, Shayla understands the importance of visibility and representation. Through their work, they hope to inspire young q***r artists to see themselves reflected in the world around them and feel empowered to create.
