I have this nice old Stihl 056 on the bench for a failed ignition. Previous owner had the ignition come loose. He put red loctite on the 4mm screws to hold it in place. Anyone feeling lucky and want to drill out the one that broke off?

Well today was the court day for this retail theft. Today was the day I lost the last little bit of respect I had for Tioga County Magisterial District Court 04-3-02. After testimony by me the arresting officer and the defendant the judge made a closing statement. He stated clearly the Commonwealth met the burden of proof to find the defendant guilty of retail theft. Then concluded by finding the defendant not guilty. This is not acceptable. There never has been justice in Tioga County. The courts here are an embarrassment. Remember folks its not who is guilty or not guilty it is who you are that matters in Wellsboro.
