Hey ladies, please read!!
I was trying to stay away from having to do this, but between getting sick, still being sick with pneumonia and dealing with some other personal stuff I really need to take a break to catch up and reorganize so I'm not running around never actually finishing anything. I'm sure lots of us can relate to the feeling of doing stuff all day long, but never actually completing it which drives me nuts.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. I've been trying to still keep it up while dealing with some other items, but it's causing more frustration and I don't want to disappoint anyone. So as of right now, I'm not going to take any new orders for printing until April 6th. I'll update if anything changes, but for now that's going to be the date. I already have some ideas for drops going forward, creative sewing tips for everyone, etc. We have such a variety of skillsets when it comes to sewing and would love to bring this page back to together from start to finish vs. just being a spot to purchase fabric. I myself still have to get help on projects I'm trying to complete cause I'm not the most skilled seamstress. Fun fact my grandmother on my dad's side was an amazing seamstress!! And I do mean AMAZING!!! She lived in California only 20ish minutes from Disneyland and worked on, created, etc. the costumes you saw people walking around with for pictures. I still have some of the costumes she created for me as a kid saved and packed away that I wore for halloween or trips to disney. My daughter is finally at the age where I got to wear them and so excited to see her in them for side-by-side pictures.
I will reach out to everyone with an open order tomorrow with status so were all on the same page. If its RTS prints I will have them all sent out by Friday. Anything that needs to be printed I can either refund, hold order to complete once we're back open, etc. I will work with each of you on what works best for you since this was not planned. If you already know how you'd like this to be handled, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. We will get everyone squared away by tomorrow, questions answered, etc. And I apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused. It's been a very difficult 2 weeks, but please be patient I'll get this all sorted out and ready to rock and roll here within a week or two.
