A huge thank you to the Waynesville Police Department 🚔💙

🚨 SHOUTOUT TO OUR LOCAL POLICE! 🚔🤎

Well… today at Copper Cowgirl was a little more exciting than I had planned. 😂

A lady came into the shop this morning and apparently decided she liked our merchandise a little too much… because she started stuffing her bag with it. 🤦‍♀️😂

I called her out and gave her the opportunity to simply hand the merchandise back and we could all go about our day without involving the police. She chose… not to take that opportunity. Instead, she decided to RUN. 🏃‍♀️💨

So, I called the police and let me tell you, they did not waste any time! They were at the shop in less than 5 minutes, caught her, and had ALL of our merchandise back within about 15 minutes of my call. 👏

Talk about “shoplifting prevention with a side of cardio.” 😂

But seriously, a HUGE thank you to our local police department for being so incredibly fast, responsive and professional. As a small business owner, knowing that we have officers who show up that quickly when we need them means SO much. ❤️

We appreciate you more than you know! 👮‍♂️🇺🇸
