Pssst… next week is our one year anniversary! 🎉🥳🎈A year ago (next weekend), we opened our doors for the very first time. Celebrate with us *all* week long with some great deals on plants, corals, and fish, and maybe a new Fluval Visi-White rimless tank?

We are so happy to be here… and so proud to be setting a higher standard for fish stores. Quarantine isn’t quick or easy but it saves a *ton* of lives, headaches, and lots of dollars… it’s a shame more stores don’t do it. We believe in putting the fish and our customers first before quick sales, and are so happy to see other new stores up in RVA and beyond choosing to do the same thing.

Thank you to each and every one of you who’s stopped in to check things out so far, to those who continually bring updates on their tanks and projects, who share tips and ideas, or those who just stop in to chat each week. We literally could not have gotten this far without you. Here’s to year two!! Some cool things in the works… we are working on a new tissue culture plant display from Tropica, and Liz is planning the stores first saltwater display tank which is long overdue! We may have some new saltwater fish to add to the stock list by next weekend too… 🤞🐠

Stop in this week to say hey and take advantage of some cool stuff that’ll be on sale! Thanks guys!

📸 Celestial Pearl Danios! These are one of our personal favorite fish, and one of our top three most requested fish by far. We bred and raised these CPDs right here in the store and have a bunch available this weekend. We tried to contact anyone who has requested these previously, and if and when we run out we have lots more on the way growing up in the back.

10/16/2026

We are putting together an order from Ultum Nature Systems- if you’ve been eyeballing a UNS tank, stand, reef setup, atomizer, etc… this weekend is a great time to call or stop in to get in a preorder.
